Reject Solunar entirely. The model uses moon phase and overhead/underfoot transits as inputs. We just don't treat them as the whole answer.

Solunar tables are a 1926 lookup. They worked then because no one had real catch data to test them against. The model showed us "incoming tide on a spring beats moon phase as the strongest single signal" before we hand-coded it — and that's the kind of insight Solunar tables structurally cannot produce.
