You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
6. Fishing Regulations
Fishare provides species regulations information (bag limits, size limits, closed seasons) as a general reference only. This information may not be current or accurate for your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable fishing regulations, laws, and licence requirements in your jurisdiction. Fishare is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from reliance on the information provided.
7. AI-Powered Features
Fishare uses artificial intelligence to generate fishing window recommendations, species identifications, and bite predictions. These outputs are estimates based on available data and should be treated as suggestions, not guarantees. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. You use AI features at your own discretion.
8. Weather and Marine Data
Weather, tide, swell, sea surface temperature, and other environmental data displayed in Fishare is sourced from third-party providers including Open-Meteo and the Bureau of Meteorology. This data is provided for informational purposes only. Always check official weather and marine forecasts before heading out, especially when fishing from rock platforms, boats, or in remote areas. Fishare is not responsible for inaccurate environmental data or decisions made based on it.
9. Safety Disclaimer
Fishing involves inherent risks including but not limited to drowning, rock platform accidents, weather exposure, and marine wildlife encounters. Fishare does not replace proper safety judgment. You are solely responsible for your own safety when engaging in any fishing activity. Rock platform safety warnings provided by the Service are advisory only.
10. Intellectual Property
The Fishare name, logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Fishare and its creators. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishare and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
