Delete your Fishare account

1. Delete in the app (fastest)

You can delete your account and its data directly inside the Fishare app:

1. Open the You tab.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account and the data listed below are removed straight away and cannot be recovered.

2. Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email info@fishare.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We action verified deletion requests within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in (including any Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in link)
• Your catches and photos
• Your sessions and trips
• Your club memberships and competition entries
• Your push notification tokens
• Your preferences and settings

4. What may be kept

After deletion, the only things we may retain are:

• Aggregate, de-identified statistics that no longer identify you (for example, anonymised totals that remain once your personal records are removed).
• Records we are legally required to keep to comply with law. These are kept no longer than required and are then deleted.
