How entries work

3 steps
01

Photograph on the mat

Every fish on a measure mat with the comp code word on paper in frame. First-generation photos only — no hand-drawn copies, no codes on a screen.

02

Log it in Fishare

Save the catch in your Fishare logbook — species and length are captured with the conditions, automatically.

03

Submit it here

Enter from your logbook. Lengths score in 5 mm steps (rounded down). The organiser reviews every entry.

Revealed on this page the moment the comp opens. It proves your photo was taken inside comp week.

Scoring & review. Lengths score in 5 mm steps, rounded down. The organiser reviews every entry — deductions and rejections always come with a reason, and there's a 24-hour dispute window after the comp closes.

Eligibility. Marine parks and aquatic reserves are excluded waters — entries from closed waters are void. Fish under NSW legal size can't be entered. All NSW recreational fishing rules apply, including holding a current fishing fee receipt.

Safety. The organiser is responsible for rules, prizes and safety decisions — never fish dangerous conditions for a leaderboard.
